Taylor Maxwell acquires SBS Cladding Ltd

Taylor Maxwell are delighted to announce the recent acquisition of SBS Cladding LTD, a distributor and fabricator of decorative rainscreen cladding systems.

As part of this acquisition, we have retained the services of Matt Taylor and Spencer Kazee who will remain as directors of the business. Both Matt and Spencer alongside their team have a wealth of experience in facade systems and will continue to run and oversee the business.

SBS offer a wide range of products and services including framing systems, insulation and fire breaks and also offer project take offs, scheduling and optimisation. SBS also have the very latest laser guided beam saws and CNC routing equipment alongside more traditional cutting and drilling equipment to support both small and large-scale projects. They are also able to provide professional pallet wrapping and panel labelling to ensure materials arrive to site on time and to specification.

This new range of products and services sits alongside the existing Taylor Maxwell cladding portfolio, and allows us to partner Architects, Main Contractors and Cladding Subcontractors taking a project from concept through to completion.

We are in the process of finalising new premises for SBS in Birmingham and are completing the final stages of integration between the two businesses over the coming weeks.
