Product Overview
There are 2.2 million hectares of cork oak forest around the Mediterranean. Every nine years these trees can be harvested by hand without damaging the tree, with the bark growing every year this makes cork ideal for meeting the increasing demand for natural resources. The natural material is an efficient sound and thermal absorber, reducing walking sound by 53% when compared to laminate flooring.

Stone Cork Flooring

The hydro natural range utilises advanced printing methods to give the flooring a natural stone finish with the additional benefits of waterproofing, ideal for use in a bathroom and kitchen.

Product details
Comfort
The softer density of the flooring reduces heel strike impacts and related body tensions. While still providing the needed stability to reduce effort on walking and decrease body fatigue. This flexibility increases comfort throughout the installed areas as well as absorbing the shock from objects when they accidently fall and mitigate the risk of damage. Cork has the highest shock absorbing capacity when compared to carpet, linoleum, laminate and ceramic flooring.
Air Quality
All the cork flooring’s products offered have several certificates for the Indoor Air Quality, after being tested on over 2000 potential chemicals. Including TUV ProfiCert Product; Green Guard and French Mark.
