C24 Timber
Taylor Maxwell is one of the UK’s largest stockists and distributors of C24 graded timber. We supply the trade on a direct load basis and from our ‘pick a pack’ service at our UK stock sites. All material is PEFC or FSC® certified and available with or without preservative treatment.
Product Overview
‘C24’ Timber refers to the strength class each piece of timber achieves from a grading process which can then be used for structural calculations such as in ‘Span Tables'.

Strength Properties
Timber achieves C24 strength class in colder climates than the UK, due to the shorter growing seasons. This results in a denser material which we import to multiple stock sites across the UK.
