The genius secret system combines the perfect joint lines of the genius range but also offers the benefit of no visible fixings.

This system is available in Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) like Reynobond, PPC Aluminium, in a range of RAL or natural metallic finishes.

Where cost constraints may not afford natural finishes like Zinc or Copper, a full range of lookalike ACM’s are available.

Key features:

  • Allows for generic detailing by the designer and ease of installation by the installer.
  • Fully tested and accredited system to CWCT standards by Wintech Engineering Ltd.
  • Exceptionally simple by design system to detail and install.
  • Benefits from a single support system that is designed to carry several different genius facade treatments.

The genius discrete system allows for an extremely cost effective façade to be applied where cost constraints are more demanding.

The fixings are discretely placed within the panel joints, which allows for rapid installation and minimal design time.

A wide variety of materials and finishes are available such as:

  • ACM - why not consider the colour changing chameleon range or innovative self-cleaning Aluminium Composite Material (ACM).
  • Aluminium (PPC/anodised).
  • Zinc/brushed stainless steel.
  • Stone and timber lookalikes.
  • Where secret fixing is not considered to be crucial to the design or cost plan, genius discrete is the perfect choice for your façade treatment.
  • Many projects demand the need for individual demountable panels for mast climber and scaffold ties that obstruct clear runs of continuous progress of installation, discrete facilitates this requirement.
  • Allows for generic detailing by the designer and ease of installation by the installer.
  • Fully tested and accredited system to CWCT standards by Wintech Engineering Ltd.
  • Exceptionally simple by design system to detail and install.
  • Benefits from a single support system that is designed to carry several different genius façade treatments.

The genius planar system is part of the latest high quality extruded 6060-T6 aluminium range.

genius planar allows the architect to be able to select a precise and flat façade rainscreen panel with the accuracy associated with extruded aluminium. The linear expansion is 1mm/1000mm and the height expansion is 0.33mm/190mm.

genius planar standard sizes are 1200x100/200/300mm (LxH) and maximum lengths can be up to 6000mm*. Additional lengths can be formed by using the genius planar butt straps. For sizes outside the standard range please consult a TM representative.

genius planar panels are truly engineered components that offer precise and durable façade elements. As with most extruded aluminium components the choice of design is only limited by the imagination of the designer.

The system is also ideal for the replication of terracotta tiles and timber where any colour can be achieved and incredible impact resistance is assured. These products can be supplied in an extensive range of NCS, RAL and anodised finishes. As well as unique mineral, terracotta and timber finishes. Minimum quantities and extended lead times may apply in some instances. Please ask your local TM representative for more information.

genius linear panels are available in most metal materials and finishes including Polyester Powder Coated (PPC) aluminium and anodised coatings.

genius linear panels are secret fixed panels that give the effect of a floating system. genius linear standard sizes are 3600x100/22/300/400mm (LXH) and maximum lengths can be up to 4000mm. For sizes outside these parameters please contact your local Taylor Maxwell representative.

Key features:

  • High quality, simple, economical installation is assured with genius linear.
  • Rapid, easy accurate installation.
  • Recyclable.
  • Fully tested and accredited system to CWCT standards by Wintech Engineering Ltd and compliant to latest NHBC technical notes.
  • A huge choice of colours and materials can be incorporated on a single project.
  • A variety of finishes may be incorporated on one Genius façade to create an almost limitless effect of colours, textures and profiles.
  • Plank lengths available up to 4000mm.
  • These products can be supplied in an extensive range of NCS, RAL and anodised finishes. As well as unique mineral, terracotta and timber finishes. Minimum quantities and extended lead times may apply in some instances. Please ask your local TM representative for more information.

The genius curvation system is part of the latest high quality extruded 6060-T6 aluminium range.

The system is totally unique and new to the UK. Until now, the only way that a curved façade panel could be fabricated was to ‘roll’ the façade plate to the desired radius. As genius curvation is an extruded section, the accuracy achieved is extremely precise and assured to be consistent throughout the project. Thus, genius curvation allows the Architect to be able to select a curved façade rainscreen panel with the accuracy associated with extruded aluminium, the linear expansion is 1mm/1000mm and the height expansion is 0.33mm/190mm. genius curvation standard sizes are 1200x100/200/300mm (LxH) and maximum lengths can be up to 6000mm*.

These products can be supplied in an extensive range of NCS, RAL and anodised finishes. As well as unique mineral, terracotta and timber finishes. Minimum quantities and extended lead times may apply in some instances. Please ask your local TM representative for more information.

genius unitised allows the architect to be able to select a precise prefabricated façade system with the alignment accuracy associated with genius unitised applications. genius unitised façades comprise of prefabricated units, which are typically the width of the facade bay and one or two storeys high. Each panel is fully clad and sealed off site, allowing the units to be moved to site for fast installation on to pre-prepared fixings to either steel or concrete frames.

The genius unitised panels can use any combination of profiles, to give building designers complete aesthetic flexibility.

Key features:

  • Reduced programme times.
  • Aesthetics. The façade has a significant impact on the marketability of a building, whether it is for commercial office space or new apartments for sale.
  • Excellent quality control.
  • Prompt return on investment. Speedy fitting out is possible on a floor-by-floor basis as the building envelope on each level is completed, leading to earlier occupation and a faster return on investment for the client.
  • Reduced handling and storage.
  • Reduced waste.
  • These products can be supplied in an extensive range of NCS, RAL and anodised finishes. Minimum quantities and extended lead times may apply in some instances. Please ask your local TM representative for more information.

The rivet fixing method offers the benefit of being the most cost effective way of fixing Aluminium Composite Materials. As the panels are not formed into cassette panels, the material offers much smaller shadow gaps which can offer a smoother looking facade.

System benefits:

  • Allows for generic detailing by the designer, and ease of installation by the installer.
  • BBA tested Aluminium Composite Materials (ACM) are available.
  • Exceptionally simple by design to detail and install.
  • Benefits from a single support system that is designed to carry several different genius facade treatments.
